Elephant Park, Elephant & Castle

Elephant Park is a £2.5 billion regeneration project in the heart of London. The project is creating thousands of high-quality new homes, jobs, business opportunities and green space for Londoners.

The fund has a combined investment in two phases at Elephant Park, Plot H11A and Plot H7 comprising of 241 homes.

Pro-Vent are in the last stages of first fix on this project, which is made up of 222 apartments across 4 blocks, containing MVHR systems. Galvanised ductwork sections for external louvres were also supplied and fitted by Pro-Vent.
